Wildwood Village HOA

The Vision, Mission, Values and Goals of the Board of Directors, on behalf of the WWVHOA, were documented in a Board resolution approved on August 6, 2012.  The HOA BOD envisions Wildwood Village as a highly desirable community where neighbors work together to maintain quality of life, preserve property values and the rural community environment, while respecting each other and the natural environment.  The BOD is committed to providing the highest level of community living with a well-maintained, safe, and neighborly environment for the common benefit and enjoyment of all residents.  The BOD will pursue our mission to achieve our vision with honesty, fairness, firmness, equity, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation and neighborliness in all our actions.  Our mission will be accomplished with fiscal responsibility, informed decision-making, responsible and ethical use of authority, community involvement, and transparency through open communication and collaboration.  The complete resolution and statement are available in the Document Library/ Policies and Procedures.
